US Citizenship and Immigration Solutions (USCIS) clarified its anti-weed policy on Friday: no US citizenship for immigrants who consume cannabis or who operate in the legal weed market.
The policy reminder, which USCIS tweeted proper just before the higher vacation of four/20, is not new. It falls below the government’s “good moral character” requirement for immigrants to turn out to be citizens.
